Terms governing MatKaiOS Core and Extension.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MatKaiOS Assistant, including the Chrome extension, the web portal at matkaios.com, the authenticated dashboard, the administrative panel, and related APIs, emails, and support surfaces.

By accessing or using MatKaiOS, you agree to these Terms and to the MatKaiOS Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and data-handling disclosures are intended to remain consistent with the public Privacy Policy and the applicable data safety disclosures used for distribution channels.

If you use MatKaiOS on behalf of a company, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials, local extension storage, backup passwords, API keys, and vault secrets secure.

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use digital services in your jurisdiction. If you are below that age, do not use MatKaiOS.

MatKaiOS currently operates separate web and extension sessions. Access in one surface does not guarantee access in the other, and some features may require you to authenticate again depending on where you are using the product.

Certain accounts are subject to Identity Gate activation, administrator allowlisting, or both. MatKaiOS may delay, restrict, suspend, or revoke access until activation, authorization, or security checks are completed.

If you choose Sign in with Google, you authorize MatKaiOS and its authentication providers to receive the account information needed to authenticate you and link your MatKaiOS account.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. MatKaiOS only requests the scopes needed for the implemented authentication flow and may request additional consent before any future scope expansion.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use any third-party account you connect to MatKaiOS.

The /admin surface is reserved for internal or otherwise authorized operators. Administrator access is not a general user entitlement and may be granted, denied, or revoked at MatKaiOS's discretion.

Attempting to bypass access controls, impersonate an administrator, or probe protected administrative routes without authorization is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

You may not use MatKaiOS to violate law, harm others, interfere with service operations, defeat security controls, distribute malware, perform credential attacks, scrape data without authorization, or abuse model providers, hosting infrastructure, or authentication systems.

You may not use MatKaiOS outputs or connected tools for unlawful surveillance, fraud, destructive intrusion, spam, harassment, or deceptive impersonation.

MatKaiOS may investigate suspected abuse and may remove content, limit functionality, or suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or third-party providers.

MatKaiOS includes AI-assisted features that may route requests to local or third-party model providers. Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any output, code, prompt, summary, or recommendation before relying on it in production, legal, financial, security, medical, or other high-stakes contexts.

MatKaiOS is not a law firm, security auditor, medical provider, or financial advisor, and AI output should not be treated as professional advice.

You retain ownership of the content you create or store in MatKaiOS, including prompts, sessions, custom actions, and related materials. You grant MatKaiOS a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

Some features depend on third-party infrastructure and providers, including services for authentication/database, hosting/delivery, transactional email, and model inference. Their availability, limits, and policies may affect how MatKaiOS works.

Local extension data, encrypted backups, and vault contents are partly under your own operational control. You are responsible for your own local device security, secret handling, and backup hygiene.

MatKaiOS may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including beta, experimental, internal, or administrator-only functionality.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, abused service capacity, exposed MatKaiOS or its providers to liability, or used the product in a way inconsistent with its intended operation.

We may also preserve or disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and infrastructure of MatKaiOS, its users, or service providers.

MatKaiOS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect security, permanent availability, or error-free output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatKaiOS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatKaiOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, credentials, or access, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
